How to apply

Applications are open until TBD.

We are accepting writers who are looking to be part of a dedicated cohort. We are looking for writers who are open to sharing advice, listening to feedback, and are willing to edit their work to improve. It is a writing club.

We aren't looking for perfect writers; we are looking for committed writers. We are looking for individuals who see art as a part of their soul, but feel isolated in their creative process.

The Process

Use the form below to apply. We will ask for:

·Your basic information.
·A brief summary of your current project.
·Why you want to join Maison Mercury.
·Confirmation that you can commit 2 hours a week to the group.
·A writing sample: please attach a piece of literature (poetry, essay, or fiction). Maximum 5 pages.

The interview (shortlist)

We will review all applications and send an email to shortlisted candidates to schedule a quick chat. Since we can only accept a few people, this chat is just to see if our goals align, get to know each other better, and explain the plans we have for the group.

The decision

After the interviews, final decisions will be made. Selected members will receive an official welcome packet with details on our first meeting.
